The BigBall team experienced something SO amazing…SO inspirational…. educational…. eye-opening and of cause uplifting!!!! It not only made the students bubble with excitement, but the team and design teacher, Andy Stuart as well! She was such an inspiration to us, a burst of colour and definitely a push for us in the right direction. We are so grateful to have spent two days with her and consumed the love and faith she gave us.

The staff and students were so amazing to interact with and the school was perfect and inspiring to be at….i know I’m using these adjectives over and over and over again but the school TRULY was…as well as the students and staff. This was the first school BigBalls went to and they inspired us so much and gave us the courage and enthusiasm to go to the next school…and the next! We will be visiting Gardens High School this week and are so excited to see the reaction and the excitement created amongst the students, staff and parents!!! With our yarn bombed tree at Cannons Creek, we hope to catch…are sure to catch the parent’s attention too! This excites us greatly!!!! CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THE RESPONSE WE GET!!! We definitely will visit them again this week to see what’s happening and how much is noticed and asked.

Another exciting part to our project, is the school will be putting a picture of the yarn bombed tree with our aim and contact details IN THEIR NEWSLETTER!!!! Its so exciting for BigBalls as well as our teacher, Mark Rautenbach, to see this and the im[act and community we are building!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH CANNONS CREEK!!!! All this is huge for us! It all makes a BIG differenceJ.
